This is a Gocco print of Daschunds pulling a carriage through the woods. I had a little bit of trouble burning the screen, and since Gocco screens are getting more scarce these days, I didn't want to waste one, so I went ahead and printed it anyways. I managed to fix most of the troubles with the screen, but there are a few random dots of ink here and there that are kind of bugging me. Nonetheless, I think I just have to let it go.
I tried a couple of other papers, too.

This one was a very cool velvety paper, but it didn't pick up the ink very evenly, as you can see in the lower left corner. I'd like to try this kind of paper again, but I don't know where to find it. I got this at Artmart, but apparently once they run out of this, they probably won't order more.

Truth be told, I think I like the stripes the best, but I accidentally cut all of my striped paper a tiny bit too small for the screen, so I was getting ink all over the sticky pad on the Gocco. Plus, I really need to break out of my obsession for stripes and accept the fact that there are other patterns out there.
I have prints available on Etsy, but, as usual, if a friend wants one, I'd be happy to pass one along.

A little bit of imperfection in your screen is good I think! Shows off the process a bit more which is nice. The diamonds one is my fav.

Thank you! I feel the same way about the imperfection, usually. I do so much stuff in Illustrator, that it's nice to have something other than a perfect vector line in a piece sometimes.
